Herbalife Formula 1 shakes contain up to 10.6 grams of soy protein. Aim for two shakes a day, and try supplementing with other Herbalife soy-based products like Personalised Protein Powder, PDM or other foods such as soy beans and tofu. Proteins from foods like soy and dairy are often called ‘complete’ proteins because they contain all the essential amino acids (or building blocks) your body needs for the growth and maintenance of muscle. Formula 1 Healthy Meal Shake is sold in 550g tubs containing approx 21 meals or 780g tubs containing approx 30 meals. Mix 2 scoops (26g) of Formula 1 with 250ml of fluid (e.g. milk) and shake or blend until smooth.
